Returns & Refunds
All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA form . Please confirm orders No. through My Account before starting a return, and then contact your sales manager for relevant return and exchange services. We will respond to your request in 1 business day. Please read the following before you apply for the services.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. It will take about 5 business days to receive the refund.
If the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 2 business days. If the replacement units are out of stock, your account manager will inform you once it is shipped.
3. Repairs (within Warranty Period)
Free repair service is available for most items (excluding Postage fees) within the warranty period. We will ship out the repaired items after test and verification. To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
4.Return/Exchange/Repair Shipping Cost
Commbroad will cover all the return/exchange shipping costs if you've received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged. For return isn't a result of a Commbroad error, the cost of return/exchange shipping should be paid by yourself.
Commbroad provides a free repair service within a warranty period, but the repair shipping cost will be paid by yourself.
